Overview:
Our principal and founder, Arlene J.M. Grant, created ADR Partners International, LLC, in 1999 in response to the needs of her clients. Specifically, as a litigator, she frequently encountered cases in the business, insurance and labor and employment sectors that could be effectively and efficiently handled independent of formal judicial and administrative processes. This was particular true when she examined the costs, financial and emotional, associated with protracted litigation. These issues were of great importance to Ms. Grant as a judicial law clerk to the Chief Judge of Maryland and as an associate with the law firm Piper & Marbury L.L.P., now known as Piper Rudnick L.L.P. | |
