Avalon Carpet Care was founded in 1974 by Chip and Phyllis Dodd and is currently owned and managed by myself Lee J. Kuhlberg. From the beginning, my philosophy was to operate a business based on honesty, integrity, and hard work. After many years, the same ideals and expectations still hold true today. I base every working day on a simple axiom - to service every customer's home like it is my own. I expect my employees to hold these same ideals. I pledge to work along side them for as long as I own this business. I want my employees to share in the company's success and to realize that their hard work is well rewarded. My experience in the service industry has shown me that there is no growth without repeat customers. Avalon Carpet Care services our clients with the thought that they will be calling us back for many years to come. Because of this, we are considerate of their needs, pleasant in our dealings, helpful when questions are raised, and willing to go the "extra mile" to satisfy a customer. I am proud of the excellent reputation we have built over the years and appreciate the hard work of those employees who helped us along the way. All in all, our customers are given quality service at a fair price. And, although our work standards are high, they are achievable.
