Q&D Management was formed in 1995 as a residential property management company engaged in the development and operation of affordable housing properties. In 1996 we became involved with third party property management services for both residential and commercial properties in the Western Half of New York State and Northern Pennsylvania. Our organization has been involved with institutional clients, banks, private investment groups and private investors in a wide range of projects. We have provided basic residential management services, commercial (including retail, office, warehouse and municipal use properties) management services, workout and repositioning of assets, asset disposal and transition, value enhancement and selected services for a wide variety of applications. Q&D Management has experience with leasing, both residential and commercial, financing, maintenance and risk management, budgeting and accounting, workout design and implementation, reporting, code compliance issues, tenant problem resolution, client responsiveness and all other management services covering a wide range of projects, situations and opportunities.
