Our goal is to help you return broken units to your working inventory for increased profits. When we receive your telephones, they are logged in with your purchase order or work order number and if tagged, we retain that information for each unit. Each unit is then tested and any needed repairs are done. The unit is then cleaned to like-new conditions. A new designation strip and plastic cover is put on each one then retested. It is then packaged in a plastic bag along with a new 12' handset cord and 7' base cord and placed in a new box. The outside of the box is then labeled with the type of phone it is.
