Overview:
AC Appraisal Group was founded in 2000 by Chad and Angela Heidecker, a husband and wife team. Prior to being appraisers Chad was an RN with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Texas and Angela was a teacher with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Development from Northwestern College. Upon completion of numerous appraisal training courses and several years of apprenticeship, both Chad and Angela hold Texas Residential Appraiser Certification Licenses. | |
