Art Form Architecture, Inc. was establish in 2000 and later incorporated in New Hampshire in 2001. The primary focus of the practice is Residential Architecture of all sizes. We also pursue small commercial projects, primarily retail stores and restaurants, where we enjoy the aesthetic variety they offer. Our Mission is to provide you the best design and design experience possible, through Owner Empowerment. We are committed to providing you with a design you love, and not just because an architect said you should! You get the benefit of our experience and creativity, all directed towards achieving your dreams for your home. Our entire design process, from the House Call forward, provides you with opportunities to participate directly. Owner Empowerment also means keeping you in control of the design cost, by educating you about your options and empowering you to undertake tasks that are within your abilities. Principal Wendy Lee Welton received her professional degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute, New York, NY. She has 15 years experience and has designed projects with construction values up to $25 million, and up to 1 million square feet. Ms. Welton is currently licensed in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and New York. She holds NCARB certification, which qualifies her for licensing in additional states, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
