Joe DeLuca, who emigrated from Italy in 1913, was the founder of a construction company that was renowned for building superior homes and apartments in Summit and the surrounding area. Joe's nephew, Anthony, completed his apprenticeship in the paving business before starting A. DeLuca Paving in 1967. Then, Anthony's sons, Frank and John, grew up in the business. They saw the extra effort and care that their father put into every job. And since joining the company, they have dedicated themselves to the family's special standard of excellence.
