Overview: As with many of our most successful favorite foods, Paradise Pecans started with an old family recipe. Back in the day it was considered de rigueur to serve nuts as the last course of any fine evening meal. Hence the saying "soup to nuts," meaning, "from appetizer to desert - everything done, and done well."
