Founded in 1976, S&C Advertising & Public Relations is a national award winning, full-service firm which provides advertising, marketing, translation, public outreach, training and Web design services in English and Spanish. S&C staffs an award winning, in-house design and interactive department, capable of providing services for Web design and all types of multimedia and other creative service. S&C has provided services to the private and public sectors on a domestic and international scale. S&C has launched new products nationally and internationally, created "characters" to convey key messages for federal agencies' national communications campaigns, created entire web sites for companies and federal agencies in English and Spanish.
