Overview:
Admiral Fire Protection, Inc., was established in March 1996 by a partner and myself. We started out in a one-car garage. In July 1996 we moved into a 1500 square foot building on Lafayette Avenue. We are currently at 2220 Wabash Avenue in a 5100 square foot building that we moved into in 1998. In June of 1999, I purchased my partners' interest in the corporation to become the sole stockholder. I have been a professional career firefighter since 1984 with the Terre Haute Fire Department. I currently hold the rank of captain. I started in the fire extinguisher business in 1986, when I was employed at American Fire & Safety. All the service technicians at Admiral Fire Protection, Inc., are also professional career firefighters. Admiral Fire Protection, Inc., inspects, tests, and recharges fire extinguishers. We service and test exit signs and emergency lights. We sell new fire extinguishers. We also provide CPR and First Aid training. Instructors certified by the American Red Cross teach these classes. These instructors are also emergency medical technicians through the state of Indiana. | |
