How we started . . . In 1986 Maurine Joy opened the doors of Baskets Of Joy to Brunswick, Maine. Not long after that, Anna Granger joined her as a basketmaker and employee. 20 years later, Anna accepted the Baskets Of Joy reins from her long-time friend and employer, Maurine. Anna's long history with the shop has allowed an almost seamless transition of ownership, maintaining the customer relations and excellence of product that basketmakers across the U.S. have come to expect from Baskets Of Joy.
