Overview:
Backwoods is a private breeding facility located in central Oklahoma. We strive to provide the finest in captive bred reptiles and exotic mammals. If we don't have what you are looking for we will be glad to try to find what you want or point you in the right direction. We are constantly growing and making changes to our breeding stock and facilities to better serve the needs of our customers. We believe first and foremost that responsible ownership is a must. We always encourage anyone who is interested in any type of exotic to research and learn as much as possible about the animal you are interested in. Way too often exotics are purchased on a whim or impulse and down the road the animal and the owner wind up paying the price for a poor decision. We try to provide as much information and resources as possible to our customers and other owners of exotics to help further promote the enjoyment and satisfaction from owning one of these unique and remarkable animals. We always welcome anything other owners and breeders can contribute to further along the learning and husbandry of exotic ownership. | |
