Overview:
4physics.com and The Store @ 4physics.com are family-run businesses, owned and operated by physicists with their children. We appreciate and live by traditional values, and try to follow them in all our practices. 4physics.com began as a physics and engineering consulting practice in 1995, working with companies and individuals to solve design and operation problems based on fundamental principles. From the start, our family offered educational outreach at the college level, providing supplementary materials for general physics courses, and went out as invited speakers to classrooms for all ages. Once we began homeschooling our own children, we saw a need for better resources in the physical sciences that were affordable and supported fundamental thinking instead of just whiz bang gadgetry. In 2002, we officially opened The Store to begin offering the things we had wanted to others. Learning can be fun at any age.
