Overview:
The doll Company is the realization of a life long dream of its founder, Kandy Ferriby, to have a retail doll shop for the collector of antique to modern dolls. Starting in 1992 in Spring, Texas as a consignment shop, the original concept was to give the doll collector a place to upgrade and/or change the direction of their collection(s). The response from local doll collectors was wildly enthusiastic! Finally, a place to share a lifetime of stories about the many beautiful dolls from generations past! At the request of her customers, Kandy began to use her extensive background in arts and crafts to develop a national reputation for her work in repair and restoration of all types of dolls. Now, in addition to the wonderful array of dolls on display in her retail shop, Kandy and her staff of six doll lovers, are now recognized for the expert, professional repair and restorations services that they offer.
