Overview:
Just like the sweet odors emanating from our ovens, our baked goods are made only with the most natural of ingredients~~our flours are not bleached or bromated (sometimes even organic), we use fresh shell eggs, whole fresh milk, unsalted butter without additives, pure olive oil or extra-virgin olive oil, canola oil--you get the idea. In addition to our traditional baked goods we offer an array of alternative baked goods: that is made without wheat or gluten, no cholesterol, reduced fat, vegan (no animal products used), dairy-free, fruit-sweetened and egg-free--all assorted for the customers who request these variations on classic baked goods. We make cakes to order: carrot cake with a fine cream cheese icing, vanilla-raspberry pound cake with buttercream, devil s food cake, hazelnut ganache cake, lemon velvet cake and more numerous to mention. All made from scratch and baked to order. Try finding that in another bakery in the United States! |
