Overview:
Because of our Hispanic heritage, our first objective was to promote the Hispanic culture beginning at its origins and moving on through our history. That is why our cultural spectrum showcases a variety of dances with roots in the Middle East, Spain, and North, Central and South America. In the last years we have produced four major events, honoring a different country every year. Mexico, Venezuela, Trinidad & Tobago, and United States of America have been showcased in our productions. Students, teachers, and guest artists have formed part of this magnificent cast that under the production and choreography of Maria Fernanda Urbaez and Daniela Urbaez, and the direction of Maria A Urbaez, transport us to a different place each year. This year we are producing the "5th Cultural Encounter" honoring Colombia.
