Overview:
The Bagdasian family opened "Adam's the Place for Ribs" in 1981. The original location in Edgewater, Maryland, has been owned and operated by the family as a neighborhood restaurant since 1965. Since then, Adam's has opened four more locations in Severna Park, Eastport (near Annapolis), Prince Frederick, and Salisbury, and sells over 200,000 pounds of ribs per year. Each general manager is a partner who once managed in Edgewater. Adam's plans to continue this expansion, slowly, throughout the state of Maryland and neighboring states. |
