Overview:
The best way to produce a high quality product is to use resources in the most efficient manner possible. Those resources are our people, our time and our equipment. Our people are fully conversant with the latest techniques in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Like our customers, we use the expertise of our people in quality circles to make our products better and better. Our people are our most important resource and we make sure we give them the tools to do the job right. Our 135,000 square foot, three production line facility is configured to produce both low and high volume designs. Where a person's hands are best for the job, that's what we use. Where robots can perform better, as in repetitive tasks, we integrate them into the manufacturing process. For instance, all of the riveting in our sunroofs is performed by robots. Every sunroof we build is measured robotically to make sure it's perfect before it's shipped. What's more, the record of these measurements is stored for tracking and analysis. We'll have the sunroof there when your Job 1 is coming down the line. We have the engineering capability for 12 month launch readiness. | |
