Overview:
A Space Station Self Storage was founded over 30 years ago with the conversion to self-storage of a warehouse located in Harrison, New Jersey. Following the successful launch of that facility, we went on to build new facilities in Secaucus, Hackensack, Orange, Bloomfield, North Bergen, Jersey City, Cranford, Morristown, Linden and many other locations throughout New Jersey. We then tried our hand outside our home state by building new facilities in Basalt and Delta, Colorado. Soon other developers enlisted our expertise to manage their facilities in New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Delaware. By the mid-nineties, we'd attracted the interest of many national self-storage operators and we merged our operations into one of them. But we missed self-storage and so we began again. Hoboken, Newark, Elizabeth, Fair Lawn and Perth Amboy became home to new self-storage operations and then history repeated itself... |
