Overview:
ArtScan began as Digital Photo Imaging - DPI, April of 1993 in Brett Baunton's Photo Studio www.BrettBaunton.com located in Bellingham, Washington State. Before moving to Bellingham Brett was a Custom Mural Photo Printer for the largest custom photo lab in Seattle, Ivey. Brett's reponsibilities included color and density correction to match or improve upon the original's color properties. He continues to take this custom approach to scanning and printing. Before that he was one of two color analyzers at Prolab in Seattle. Brett now has over 12 years of digital imaging experience in photoshop and digital file printing and is an Adobe Service Provider. ArtScan uses the ScanView 4000 Drum scanner for the highest quality scans from original transparencies or negatives in 35mm, 2.25, 4x5, and 8x10 formats. | |
