Overview:
ACCA-NCC is the largest chapter in the United States having a total membership of 280 company members. Since its onset in 1964, ACCA-NCC's objectives have been to promote and protect the interest and welfare of the HVACR industry, its members and the public which it serves. In doing so, its members maintain the highest ethical standards of selling, advertising, pricing, installation, and service guided by the principles of honesty and integrity. While competing in our free enterprise system, the members of ACCA-NCC share certain goals and aspirations designed to improve the quality of service provided to the American people. ACCA-NCC and it's members work with the Department of Energy (DOE), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and state and local agencies on formulating energy programs and policies. ACCA-NCC and it's members stay in touch with the local utility companies on issues that affect the consumer. ACCA-NCC and it's members work with local and state agencies concerned with licensing and inspections to maintain consumer safety and satisfaction. ACCA-NCC and it's members participate in a program designed to rapidly locate defective products introduced to the market place, so corrective action may be taken without delay to avoid cost and inconvenience to the consumer.
