| Overview: We have a family-run home-based business and take pride in our providing fast, personalized service, now in our 30th year of selling products featuring Carl's artwork. As Carl worked on writing this letter he sat outside in our swamp. After two days of a late snow storm a sunny day has brought Spring back, a grouse drums, a migrant ruby-crowned kinglet sings, and mustard white butterflies patrol by. As you can tell Carl's passion continues to be field work while Ginny is "office manager" keeping everything running smoothly. Our daughter Heather is working in Boston for Urban Ecology Institute, and our son Brook and his wife Beth are librarians and parents of one year old Katherine. Maria & Rob take over when we are away. Our concern for the natural world which is the inspiration for Carl's art work means we use recycled paper whenever possible and old newpapers and scrap cardboard for our packaging. We continue to display Carl's paintings in our studio and at a local gallery, his paintings and the designs for our products are a culmination of his lifelong observations of the natural world. Through them we hope to increase awareness and appreciation of the world around us. | |
