Overview:
Huntington Ridge is family owned and operated. Stefanie, sister to head trainer Kim Carey, lives at the house on the property. Stef manages and maintains the farm along with Larry Adams. We moved to the existing barn in February, 2000. From that time until now we have made vast improvements. Our family has invested their lives into making this farm the best it can be from now until far into the future. Surrounding the new 32 stall barn and 200'x80' indoor arena are beautiful pastures. Centaur fencing encloses the three new paddocks (15 total) and the 250' X 150' outdoor arena that we have added. Both arenas are filled with top quality wood show jumps and brand new pvc jumps. The outdoor arena footing is incredible. We started by creating a sub-base, added a layer of fabric, limestone, and 2ns sand to create the best footing. It was also so well graded that no matter the down pour, there is never a puddle. We painted the three board fencing that surrounds the back of the lush grass pastures, six of which have high quality run-in shelters. We also added Centaur fencing to the front of all the paddocks, two large paddocks and an additional five small individual paddocks. All of the pastures were done right originally, so that they do not share the perimeter fence, no playing over the fences.
