BUCCS President, Luther Gatling Budget & Credit Counseling Services, Inc., better known as BuCCS, has been in business since 1976. We are a community service organization licensed by the New York State Banking Department. Our mission is to assist individuals and families that are experiencing financial difficulties and to educate consumers about their rights and responsibilities. With the increase in clientele and the growing need for additional services to offer them, BuCCS applied for and was granted a license to operate as a budget planner in 1984. | |
