Bread Alone is a European style bakery nestled in the Catskill Mountains of New York State. We offer traditional hearth-baked breads. Our organic grains are ground on millstones to our specifications. Our breads are slowly fermented and shaped by hand to fully develop their unique flavors; then baked on the hearth of our wood-fired brick ovens. |
