Business Resource Capital Specialty BIDCO, Inc. is dedicated to providing financial support to small, minority and women owned businesses in targeted industries and areas in New Orleans and Southeast Louisiana. Through its support, it intends to provide job retention, growth and increased economic prosperity for the area while preserving the investor's capital. Business Resource Capital Specialty BIDCO, Inc. (BRC) is a private for-profit community development financial institution that provides loans to small businesses throughout the Southeast Louisiana Area.
