| Overview: 2-Way Communications, Incorporated, was founded in 1954 by Henry B. Bartlett and Leon A. Richardson. The business was operated out of two locations, one in Gilford, NH and the other in Somersworth, NH. In August 1954, 2-Way Communications became an authorized Motorola Service Station (MSS). The main business moved to Newington, NH in 1971. In 1990 2-Way became a Motorola Authorized Two-Way Radio Dealer. On July 1, 1999 Henry B. Bartlett transferred ownership of the Newington 2-Way Communications, Inc. to its current owners Michael G. Bartlett and Natalie W. Bartlett. Many of the first two-way radios ever used for Business and Public Safety communications in New England were installed and serviced by 2-Way. Due to customer demand, in 1998 2-Way began offering a more comprehensive list of services for their Public Safety customers. We serviced everything from lightbars to shotgun racks. Again, due to customer demand, in 1999 we began offering quality Public Safety equipment from the best names in the industry. | |
