Within 24 hours from the time of physical inspection we provide a detailed and comprehensive report and documentation of the inspection findings to the client and/or the buying agent's office. Founder and President, Robert W. Armstrong, Jr., has over fifteen years of home inspections, mold inspections & pool/spa experience in Southern California . Along with his history of advising clients on fire, water, wind and earthquake restoration, he is very well qualified in residential inspections & commercial/residential mold. If you have anyneeds regarding fire, water, wind and earthquake restoration, inform Robert of that and he'd be happy to refer you to a specialist in that field. Robert is a certified inspector through Inspection Training Associates (ITA), who performs home inspections, mold inspections, pool/spa inspections, pre-purchase inspections and home warranty inspections.
