Overview: Biotage AB was formed in December 2003 following the acquisition by Pyrosequencing of Personal Chemistry and Biotage LLC. The company continues to grow with the recent acquisitions of Argonaut Technologies' business in June 2005 and Separtis AG in October 2005.
