Overview:
ETJSP is a joint effort of 1199SEIU and contributing employers. Our mission is to develop high quality training, placement and labor-management initiatives. Through our efforts we aim to support the potential of healthcare workers to grow educationally and make a full contribution to building an efficient and caring health care industry. We also aim to develop the ability of union and management to problem-solve difficult issues and create innovative solutions. Through our work we intend to create a world-class healthcare workforce and service delivery system.
