Overview:
Our friendly Front Office staff will be the first to greet you in our office or by telephone. They answer all incoming phone calls directing them to the appropriate staff, provide the check in/out of patients, schedule appointments for services both in and out of our office, maintain medical records, and take messages for other office staff. Our Billing Department handles patient financial accounts and health insurance issues. They address questions on account balances, insurance claims, and service eligibility. We provide this courtesy service to assist the patient in understanding his/her financial responsibility when it comes to receiving and paying for medical services. We participate with most insurance companies in Southern Indiana. Our office accepts both referral and non-referral appointments, depending on your insurance requirements. To verify your insurance plan or need for primary care physician approval, please feel free to contact our Billing Department. | |
