Motivated by the belief in the goodness and wisdom of every person, IN-THE-MAKING, INC. exists to offer personal/economic development to under-employed and unemployed women. We, therefore, commit ourselves to be an alternative employment/training program by working in ways which complement and strengthen one another in the workplace and in the community.
