Overview:
A & M Composites Corp. (AMCC) was founded March, 1992, in Houston, Texas in approximately 1500 sq. ft. of working and office space. In 1994, the company moved to Coahoma, Texas, and occupied a 10,000 sq. ft. facility. After 2 years, the building was not large enough for the growth we experienced and in 1997, we moved to our present facility, located in Big Spring, Texas. The 52,000 sq. ft. building now has room for expansion and growth. The purpose in starting AMCC was to give the best customer service, provide the best quality product at the best price. After working for other companies in the industry, we knew that the filament winding industry was lacking a customer-oriented company. That is the thinking that has made AMCC successful today with an average growth of 20% per year. A & M sells to several different industries, such as electrical, geophysical research, water technology, and the communications industry. Products include: fuse tubes, instrument housings for exploration, antenna, reverse osmosis housings and antenna housings. Our goal for the future is to continue growing at a steady, secure rate. We want to continue to give the best customer service in the business and we accomplish this by training our employees to maintain a 0% rejection rate on all parts.
