Jones & Associates (KAJ) Intellectual Property Management Group is a consulting practice whose partners are senior R&D executives with extensive experience in intellectual property management, technology strategy, R&D governance, software/data storage expertise. We have more than 175 years of combined experience at companies including P&G, S.C.Johnson, Church & Dwight, Unilever, Colgate, Pepsico, Digital Equipment Corporation, Raytheon, Texas Instruments and at nonprofit institutions and universities. Our backgrounds include business, law, chemistry, engineering, and information technology. We have led large R&D organizations in the U.S., Latin America, Europe, and Asia, either from a headquarters location or in the region. We have been responsible for global technology strategy and product development, strategic alliances, technology outsourcing, and all phases of the product development process from discovery to manufacturing. We have provided senior technical leadership as members of business executive committees managing global or regional categories or companies.
