Overview: Stephen Tsai has practiced law in private firms since 1990, and currently heads his own two-lawyer office, focusing on the legal matters of businesses and business people, with a special interest in international business. Mr. Tsai is admitted to practice in the States of New Jersey and New York. He received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. Mr. Tsai is the son of Taiwanese immigrants and speaks Mandarin Chinese.
