Peter Heid founded Heid Music in 1948 with the intention of bringing music and music education to his community. Three generations later, that goal is still the driving force of the Heid Music. Partnered with a friend Buck Jensen, the two nurtured the company into the thriving business it is today. Now, completely owned and operated by the Paul, Bob, Kim and Todd Heid, the company has grown to over 80 employees with stores in Appleton, Green Bay and Wisconsin Rapids.
