He is a facilities management, mailroom and print processing, and staff transition expert, as well as a certified US Postal Consultant. His managerial effectiveness and technical knowledge has helped DTI's Management, Operations, and Administrative Division to consistently provide first-rate solutions to meet and exceed client requirements and expectations. DTI's Creative Services Division is led by Crystal Dozier, Chief Executive Officer.
