Overview:
Oliver-Rhoads & Associates was established in 1995, in Tullahoma, Tennessee by Mr. Barry Rhoads and Mr. Dean Oliver as a full service consulting engineering firm, with the intent to provide superior quality services at all levels. The firm was started from a "ground-zero" concept, in that no attempt was made to bring clientele from their former employers. The firm has since added two partners; Mr. Tim Little and Mr. Tony Gipson to complement the technical and managerial capabilities of the firm. | |
