Overview:
Water City Roller Hockey was founded in 1995. Since its inception, Water City has strived to provide a safe, friendly and fun environment to play Inline Roller Hockey. Water city has provided over 12,000 hours of organized, supervised youth and adult recreation. Roller hockey provides an alternative recreational activity where size is not as important as in other sports. Many kids excel in roller hockey where they would not even be participating in sports otherwise. Inline hockey is a team sport. By learning team skills, youths acquire the skill set for becoming successful, contributing community members. All leagues are co-ed, and non-checking, providing a safe, fun and excellent cardio-intensive workout. Water City offers programs for all age and skill levels. High school leagues offer local schools the opportunity to offer hockey to student athletes. | |
