Overview: We are a small semi-private club by design for over 20 years. By limiting the members per class we are better able to meet your needs. Reaching your goals is our success! We have a non-intimidating, comfortable environment that works with ALL body sizes. We work on your specific need's with Personal Training and Group Personal Training. We have a Beginners/ Plus size 30 min. program to get you started and a Women's only strength program or if you choose you can just come in and workout on your own and enjoy our big screen TV and music videos! Seniors, we have a program that is just for you 45 min. 3 times a week working on balance, cardio, strength and flexibility. |
